They pick a cut and a time and leave a name and phone number. The booking lands on your week.
Bookings and walk-ins sit on one calendar, with the open time between them in plain sight. Tap Walk-in and FadeWork drops them into the first real gap, so a walk-in never lands on top of a booking. Start, finish, rebook a regular before they leave the chair, or hand a booking to a barber in your crew.

Your page is yours alone, not a listing next to every other barber in town. Barbers you link up with in a crew see your name and page, never your client list or your calendar.
Customers book with a name and a phone number. Their private booking link is the only way to view or cancel it.
FadeWork never touches the money for your cuts: customers pay you at the chair, the way they do now. The only thing we charge is your plan.
Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro, no card. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you pick a plan: nothing is locked and nothing is lost.
$0 for as long as you like
$19 a month, or $180 a year ($15 a month)
Pro pays for itself when the day-before reminder or a rebooking note saves you one cut a month that costs $19 or more.
Enter your price and how many cuts you lose in a month.
Crews: every barber in a crew has their own account and their own plan.
Start 30 days of Pro, no cardEvery new account starts with 30 days of Pro, no card. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you pick Pro: nothing is locked and nothing is lost. Free keeps your page, your calendar, walk-ins, confirmations, the two-hour reminder and 40 online bookings a month; walk-ins and the bookings you add yourself never count. Pro is $19 a month or $180 a year and adds unlimited online bookings, the day-before reminder with one-tap confirm, your month in numbers and rebooking notes.
By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly; FadeWork never sees your card number. You change your card, switch between monthly and yearly or cancel yourself from Settings > Plan. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the time you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Your page is yours alone. There is no marketplace listing you next to every other barber in town, and nobody takes a cut of the clients you bring. FadeWork is not a payments company either: your customers pay you at the chair and you keep 100% of every cut. You pay a flat plan, or nothing on Free.
No. They book from your link in any phone browser with a name and a phone number. No password, nothing to install.
Yes. Your booking page, the confirmation and the cancel page switch between English and Spanish, and they open in the language the phone is set to. Your own dashboard has the same switch.
No. Customers pay you at the chair, the way they do now. FadeWork never handles the price of a cut; the only thing we charge is your plan.
Every booking ends on a confirmation page with an add-to-calendar file and a link to cancel. Customers who leave an email get the confirmation there too and a reminder about two hours before. On Pro they also get one the day before that asks them to confirm with one tap, and a confirmed booking shows a check on your week. Customers who tap Remind me on their phone get those reminders as notifications instead.
Your month counts your bookings, your no-shows and their rate, what you earned from the cuts you marked Done, and your new and returning clients. It also lists the regulars who stopped coming, each one tap from a rebooking email that carries a link to stop more notes.
They cancel from the link in their confirmation. The slot opens back up on your page and you get a notification.
Tap Walk-in, pick the cut, and FadeWork puts them in the first free gap on your calendar, so they never collide with a booking.
