Terms of service

FadeWork is an appointment booking service for barbers, operated by Inexcelsis, LLC doing business as NanoScript ("we", "us").
Booking
Customers book appointments with independent barbers. The barber, not FadeWork, provides the service and sets prices. Payment happens directly with the barber.
Text messages
When you book with your phone number you agree to receive appointment-related text messages: a booking confirmation, appointment reminders, and notices if the appointment changes. We do not send marketing messages. Message frequency depends on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) and we stop texting that number until it replies START; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Plans and billing
Barbers choose between two plans. Free costs nothing and takes up to 40 online bookings a month from the barber's page; walk-ins and bookings the barber adds are never limited. Pro costs $19 a month or $180 a year and adds unlimited online bookings, the day-before reminder with one-tap confirm, month stats and rebooking notes. Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro with no card; when the trial ends the account moves to Free unless the barber chooses Pro. Pro is paid in advance by card through Stripe and renews every month or year until cancelled. A barber can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly or change the card at any time from Settings > Plan; a cancelled plan stays on until the end of the period already paid for, and periods already paid for are not refunded in part. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again, and if it keeps failing the account moves to Free. Moving to Free never deletes a page, its clients or its appointments. Customers never pay FadeWork anything.
Accounts
Barber accounts must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Customers do not need an account.
